I think you are right Jack. He'll have less pressure coming off the bench. Plus he will be able to get a feel for the game, and to study the players he will be going against. That cannot hurt. This could turn out very well for the Hawks.

AC's numbers are much better. Give him the extra minutes & he is closer to 6 assists per game. I will take his defense over MP's any day. His shooting percentage is far greater. Could be better on the line, but he has been decent of late, hitting 10 of 12 shots in the last 5 games.

Having Woody come off the bench could be the best thing for him. He could get a feel for the game & study his opponent Before getting in the game. Who knows, he could shine in that role... It doesn't mean he won't start again later this year. One thing is for sure about how well AW2 plays...

This! We have 15+ games left this season. Fran has all the pieces put together. We just need to shoot the ball to our potential. This team CAN shoot better, we have in the past. Once that starts to happen, and it will, then we will have some fun!

Lusk played with the same aggressiveness, mentality & determination as Street. I liked watching that kid play, too. Breaking his leg (I think that is what he had happen) was a big loss for him & to the Hawks.

Mel is having a decent year. I want him to finish strong. He is capable of doing just that. SHould be fun to see! Next year we could have a complete team. If Ingram can step it up, and Jok can add some quickness on the outside, look out.

That was good to see JO finding his shoot for once. I think we could really use JO & Basabe finding their rhythm down the stretch. That could get us an extra win or two.

His release is going to have to quicken significantly. That works in HS but it could be a problem in college. We will see what happens. Changing your shot can mess things up. Look at Ogelsby, his new form & attempt to release the ball quicker, has ruined his shot.

That was an awesome game. We were down by 20 or so, and the game was basically considered over. Then we took them in OT. No doubt the most emotional game I have ever seen... Hard to believe it has 20 years ago... Not sure the BTN has any idea what you are talking about tho.

I have to agree with this. He is one of the most athletic players on the team. He just needs more time to gain experience playing the game & coaching. I really think that he should have been redshirted last year. He will give us good minutes next year, and he will be a player his senior year.

VaTech lost another player. They are down to 7 scholarship players. So I think we can expect their RPI to not help the Hawks when the regular season winds down.
