Has anyone heard any updates on Vandevelde/Gettis other than that they thought they'd go on Tuesday? It seems that more often than not, when players are questionable we don't seem them for a week.

I noticed that Koeppel got quite a bit of PT in the second half at RG. I knew that MacMillan was dinged up, but did Gettis get hurt during the game? Also, didn't Vandevelde limp off the field in the 4th quarter some time? Has anyone heard anything?

Yeah, the only rules are no realistic cop, referee or player uniforms. Not sure how the fat guy that sits in front of me gets in with his personalized jersey, pants and helmet every week;)

Anyone that's still holding out hope that Wegher will play this year needs to move on. It's not going to happen...cross your fingers for next year. At this point, I think ever seeing him in a Hawkeye uniform again would be a surprise.

Jon, I use IE8 at both home and work. At work, we use a pretty stiff McAfee package, and about 10% of the time the entire site is blocked due to 'malicouse content' or something like that. At home, I use avast. Every time I go to the main page from any other page, I get a spyware pop up...

Definitely my favorite memory from Kinnick. We were sitting in that same area. Awesome game, awesome year, awesome experience. On a side note, I swear that Diana Reed was the golden girl for about 10 years;)
