I received the email also, stating I was able to get (2) more tickets. I spoke with the ticket office and they are confirming who gets them, but the ticket rep. told me that they will not provide the actual seat number until later this month.

When you request an upgrade they want it in writing now. You have to reference your account and then email your specific seat request to tickets@hawkeyesports.com.

I am a gold level hawkeye and have found that requests for bowl games and away games have always been filled. The tougher the venue is to get a ticket, the less tickets that are alloted. A few of the games I can request (4) tickets, but I am guessing that will be (2) for Nebraska.
