Dayton vs. Illinois (in case you want to see Gregory)

Is that Brian Gregory or Mr. Davis substituting 5 for 5 ?

They showed a stat near the beginning of this game. The game prior to this one, Dayton had 65 substitutions. As of that point in the game (several minutes in), they already had 8. It certainly helps a very fast team to be able to go 8-10 deep...

I did see that stat, i agree

Their worst loss was 8 points to Kansas State.
2 seed...no shame there.

Lost to Nova by 6.
Another 2 seed...still no shame.

Lost in the Pit by 2.
3 seed...shame? Not here.

Lost at Xavier by 4.
6 seed that punched their ticket to the sweet 16 by beating previously mentioned 3 seed...still no shame in losing to these guys.

Lost just 2 home games.
That's pretty good any way you slice it.

If you look at this roster at UD, they have a pretty balanced repesentation from the midwest...2 from Illinois, with another coming next year, 5 from Ohio,2 Michigan,2 Indiana,1 Mo.,and I from MD...

If you look at his incoming five guys...again,1 from Illinois,1 detroit, 1 Indiana 2 from ohio. He seems to have hit all the big AAU clubs...Ohio Red, SYF, Cbiz...some of the ones I have heard of...Matta is getting 4 guys at least from Ohio Red next year in his #2 rated class.

I am starting to hope the the illini win,so if we are going to pursue gregory, we can do it this weekend.

Without doing any research....

They obviously didn't beat any good teams or they would be in the tournament.

Come on, stormin. There's a lot of down side to this PR. One of those losses at home was to St. Louis. When it mattered. Blew a 12 point lead to Xavier. When it mattered.
See it from both sides. Being a Dayton grad, I do.
