God. Must be nice to be able to sub 4-5 guys at a time. When is the last time we had any depth like that?
Mr. Davis used to do it a lot.

10 year contract = Smart for UNIUNI has depth like that.... and they aren't playing in the NIT
Exactly. Over a Decade ago.Mr. Davis used to do it a lot.
Is that Brian Gregory or Mr. Davis substituting 5 for 5 ?
one thing i noticed about their schedule this year. they weren't blown out in any of their losses.
daytonflyers.com: Schedule
They showed a stat near the beginning of this game. The game prior to this one, Dayton had 65 substitutions. As of that point in the game (several minutes in), they already had 8. It certainly helps a very fast team to be able to go 8-10 deep...
It'd be nice to defend Carver like that again.Their worst loss was 8 points to Kansas State.
Lost to Nova by 6. Lost in the Pit by 2.
Lost at Xavier by 4.
Lost just 2 home games.
2 seed...no shame there.Their worst loss was 8 points to Kansas State.
Another 2 seed...still no shame.Lost to Nova by 6.
3 seed...shame? Not here.Lost in the Pit by 2.
6 seed that punched their ticket to the sweet 16 by beating previously mentioned 3 seed...still no shame in losing to these guys.Lost at Xavier by 4.
That's pretty good any way you slice it.Lost just 2 home games.

Without doing any research....
They obviously didn't beat any good teams or they would be in the tournament.
They play in a one bid league. UNI didn't beat any good teams in the regular season either.
