This is easily Fran's most athletic team, I see a lot of raw talent right now. Hopefully the bench is ready to chip in meaningful minutes when B1G season kicks off.

How about we stop throwing freshman under the bus, and actually give them some time to develop. Iowa isn't Kentucky, we don't bring in classes that compete for national titles as freshman.

I mean Fran's in full control to free up scholarships for his own team. At the end of the day, it will be his choice. I'll support whatever decision he decides to make. Hopefully some of the new recruits pan out, the Hawks need a couple players to step up next year if they want to make another...

I personally think it's the core Seniors. They've been a part of every collapse. We'll get to see the next few years though if it's on Fran.

Mike seems to miss a LOT of free throws late in games when he's pretty gassed. I'd also be interested in seeing home / away FT%, college certainly adds a bigger distraction on the road than HS.

I expect Morris to take advantage of the weak draft this year.

I'd prefer they get back into the offense a bit sooner so MG doesn't have to force up a bad shot, or at least have set plays.. They almost shut it down a bit too much sometimes.

This team doesn't have a leader. Fran keeps letting them play thinking his seniors have it under control, or maybe he's hoping one of them will step up and lead. It's just not working, Fran needs to take control going forward in these situations because they players have shown they don't have it...

I think this team is fine defensively, defensive rebounding is another story though. Can't be giving teams 3 chances to score on what should be 1 possession.

The college PI rules are terrible. In the NFL that's a 40-50 yard gain.
