After watching most of that game last sat, MSU is good but certainly not world beaters. Penn St. gave them lots of points. Really should have been more like 28 - 16. not 55. I am a lot more confident about our chances now. If we hadn't fumbled as much as we did, we would have had 55 points...

Watched 2nd half of their game with Mich. Northwestern defense was relentless - constant blitzing. But it was 31-0. so not sure how 1st half looked. Iowa OL is going to be tested . I would guess we would see 3 TE sets and some quick passes. Mich scored on ko return and int return for tds...

Illinois really picked on Mabin today - his coverage was very soft to say the least. Does anyone know why they don't teach them to turn around and look for the ball?? how many pass int. calls did we have because they didn't look for the ball? at least 3 I think.

Looks like windy again on sat. 15-25 - that should at least help us - seeing how we played in it last sat.

After watching highlights from their game against Youngstown, I noticed that the RB;s like to bounce it outside, and like to blitz up the middle on defense.

With Ruddock gone, and CJ as the QB, I think we saw a very well called offensive game....sooooo was it Greg Davis improving or what? We saw the shovel pass, and a couple nice passes over the middle that we didn't see last year. I liked what I saw, and can't wait to see what changes are made...

I heard on the radio yesterday (4:30 p.m. either 1460 or 1700) that Coker is questionable for sat. and that Bullock might be the next man in. I kind of thought someone else might have heard this too. What is the word on Bullock??

Of the big 10 teams, besides IOwa, who do you want to see win or lose this weekend? I would like to see Mich. lose. I think they are going to be tough if they keep winning. ALso would like to see Minn. win, but not sure if they can.
