Although the orange bowl was an outstanding defensive performance, I gotta say that IMO holding the high powered PSU offense to 3 points for the final 58 minutes of the game was more impressive.

I remember when the fiesta bowl was considering Iowa (bastards) they said they estimate 1 million Iowans living in the Arizona area. That seemed high to me, but it illustrates the magnitude of the Iowa population there.

I completely agree. Watching football all day Saturday I noticed dozens of bad tackles. Oregon's James and Bama's Richardson consistently got hit without being wrapped up. I know they are excellent backs, but the tacklers simply had bad form IMO. It was like they were trying to just knock them...
