7-5 or 8-4 seems about right to me. Teams are built around the guys in the trenches on both sides of the ball and we are too inexperienced on the D-line.

In this case, I don't think it's accurate to blame awful QB play on the O-line.

Me too. That was so painful to watch. JC had 4 completions going into the first overtime. I would put that game way down on the list of games to watch. How about the '85 Michigan game? That's a classic. We were robbed of a TD catch in the endzone....great game & ending.

iowa's defense was better with a healthy Jordan last year. He'll make it, unless sideline with an injury.

Agree. I mean, you could say ISU has a tough schedule every year and would be hard pressed to make a bowl game.

Not really a big deal IMO. If these secondary offenses are repeated, then yeah, now it becomes a big deal. I think we're all ****** at the way the NCAA handled the major infractions...starting with allowing identified players to participate in the BCS bowl game against Oregon.

IMO, at the end of the day it's all about performance....if you don't perform then the team looks stupid wearing the combat uni. kinda like a fighter running his mouth before the fight and then getting dominated.

I don't know why anyone would think Harrison is a bust. He started as a true freshman on a powerhouse team. Nobody will ever be the next MJ.

I agree with Hogeye, the OL/DL depth and # returning starters on the OL/DL may provide more insight to a teams projected success.
