Im from the Sioux City area and people over there are saying theyd be shocked if it is not Iowa. People close to SC East basketball say he grew up a big Iowa basketball fan. But Roy always rapes this state of good players Hinrich, Collison, Lafrentz, Barnes, Paige etc. I just hope Fran pulls this off.

Roy's desperate move??? Like having an in-home visit in the fall of a kid's senior year is a desperate move? Maybe you need to take off the Hawkeye blinders and realize that this is run of the mill recruiting and there is hardly anything desperate about Roy's tactics. Just because you don't like him doesn't mean you actually know what you are talking about, I guess.

So... just so I have this straight.
1.) Adam is announcing Wed night (tomorrow) at 7pm
2.) Adam had an in home from Roy Williams on Monday, and Fran this past weekend
3.) Adam has an official visit to Iowa this weekend (he has had unofficials if memory serves correctly, and he/family are big Hawk fans)
4.) Adam has no known unofficial visits and no official visits scheduled to UNC
So would Adam take the offer from Roy without visiting? He does not strike me as a kid that would, but I wouldn't count Roy out given his success recruiting Iowa.

Paige indicates that he knows where Adam is going. Rumors floating around about Paige is considering reopening his recruitment. This is one of those duh moments. If woody is going to NC the Paige rumors would not be out there. He is thinking how cool it would be for all three of them to play on the same team. Do I think it's a possibility.....yes. Is it a probability .....no. Fun to think about though. Woodbury a hawkeye tomorrow night and Paige has something to think about.

(I know, I know, supposedly Woodbury turned them down. I'm just sayin...)

I think Woodbury is sold on McCaffery and his approach to the game. Adam will be a Hawkeye in 12 hours! Fran is the man.

He wouldn't say otherwise until/unless Woodbury makes it official that he's coming to Iowa. You probably don't want to be seen as wavering if you're a UNC recruit.
Again, it's a longshot, so it's just as likely that he truly is 100% on UNC. And we still have a long way to go before Woodbury is in the Black and Gold.
Yeah there is no way he ends up at Iowa, it is a nice dream, but that is about it.
