I haven't the slightest ******* clue where he's going to go. I'm just smart enough to understand that his first priortiy is going somewhere he's happy, and if that happens to be Iowa there are more than a few ways to make that happen.

The obvious reason is if he goes to Juco then his scholorship offers will be based on performance. Its a risk.
Ya, it's easy for idiots on a message board say that someone should take the risk of going JUCO or spend their own money out of pocket to attend a school where he's restricted from financial aid.
