Why don't they go after Mack Brown or Les Miles? Either would be as good or better than any of the names I've seen IMO.
Rob, this was just confirmed by my Tennessee source, Harry the Hat. The Pillsbury Doughboy AKA Phillip Fullmer
is behind this in order to get the AD job. Mike Leach was highly recommended by Steve Spurrier.
Look for Fulmer to bring his old crew back, ie. Tee Martin, John Chavous etc.

It's like it can't get worse, but then suddenly it does. Unreal!
So will the TN fans be happy or mad to learn that their old coach (that they hold in high regard I might add.) Has some culpability towards them being the laughing stock of college football now. Or will they even look at it that way if they end up sliding him into the AD gig. Most probably will be happy with that and think they have their own Barry Alvarez now. But to me if the guy has been doing anything behind the scenes to 'sabotage' the coaching search his slimy self can go take a walk. What a flipping fiasco.
