Moss, Jordan, Pemsl (43.3 combined PER)

So in essence there production has been replaced according to PER. They are new players, called "freshman". Are you still with me?

Unfortunately another Freshman Cook (17.5PER) and the improvement of Jok (+5 PER from last year) were unable to replace the production of JU (27.9 PER). Also Cook's injury didn't help, and recall Bohannon and Pemsl were not starters for the entire year.

Next year the hope is that Bohannon, Moss, Pemsl, and Cook can all improve their production and with the addition of a new starter we can replace Jok's production. Pretty simple but I could have lost you in a variety of places, so just let me know what you need help with.
 
Again, Steve Alford missed the NCAA 3 times in a row and he had the Pierre Pierce situation working against him as well as being an unlikable prick. He wasn't run and certainly wasn't coming off 3 straight tourney's like Fran is. If Fran missed 3 in a row - I would be calling for his head, but I don't know that it would get him canned.

This teams biggest issue is youth period. End of story. If they make or miss the NIT IMO it has no implications on future, it means they aren't ready now.

I wish Fran would have recruited in 2014 and 2015 or tried to hit up the transfer and JUCO market harder so we weren't so young this year
 
I must say going to the NIT is pretty much where you'd like the floor of the program to be. However starting 4 freshmen with more key contributors being freshmen and sophs coming off the bench kinda makes that tough. These last two classes weren't the Fab 5 level good for peets sake. It can take some time to develop them and I'm ok with that. It's the product of having such a senior laden class prior too that. Not that that's an excuse but it is what it is... Look if there isn't drastic improvement next year then I'll have some issue... But this year we may have had our highs with beating ISU and Purdue.... That might be as good as it gets the rest of the way we'll see...

I was just being fair about the Bohannon crow thing thanks to @DP5555 so if you want to call that trolling so be it but what else have I done since then that is trolling?
