Yeah Marble made a huge leap his Jr and SR yrs. Jok was on a different team where he wasn't really leaned on in that way having White and Uthoff older players on the team.
Moss is being leaned on and maybe it just feels different because of that and how it's a younger team I dunno. But yeah I'm not going to rule out Moss getting more consistent and playing better. With the mins he's playing he sure needs to. So we'll see
 

I was at the game. Wieskamp played well the whole game. Good handles. No one... NO ONE on Bettendorf could even contain him. Muscatine won 64-50 and Wieskamp had 54; he had all 25 of Muscatine's points in the first half. Was not impressed with Carton. He did score 24 but nearly all of his were done by getting past one guy and scoring while going to the basket. He did shoot several threes but only made a couple; shoots awkwardly off his shoulder. He never really asserted himself until about halfway through the third quarter, after Muscatine's point guard fell and hurt his hip. Yes, Carton did guard Wieskamp for a while. But it didn't matter to Joe - he shot over him and went around him with relative ease.

Just like I've been saying... Wieskamp= Stud. Carton= Overrated
 
Weiskamp may be Iowa’s best player NEXT YEAR. Forget all B1G freshman...F AA. He is a perfect fit in FMs offense. He’s the best of RDM, A White and P Jok in one player. He’d be a 5* if he had committed to MSU/KS/KY or had waited to commit.

1. Des Moines North (16-2)
The Polar Bears will need to shore up their defense (1,193 points allowed, most in Class 4A) for success in the state tournament. but did he make the 2nd ft? serious question. if that kind of energy doesn't bother him, then that's a good sign. So, did he net the 2nd ft or clank it?
 
Why did we offer Fredrick. At best he's another Ellingson. At worst he's another Oglesby. I don't see any upside with him. We should have banked that scholarship and offered someone like Locure.
 
Did Carton's team really only score 25 points in a loss. He must of been sick as there is no reason for a team with a d1 prospect on it only scores 25 points. Especially a d1 point guard.
