Before the season guys on the team were talking about how his feet were unreal for a guy of his size. The fact that he played the 3 at almost 7 feet tells you he should have plus handles and feet for a 7 footer. Now Fran was stupid playing him there but at the 4 I love his potential.

YOu are high on something pal. Fran's players usually regress not progress Gessel, woodbury, Cook, uh his greatest development project was Nick Baer who didn't GET a scholly from Fran he walked on.

The next AD is going to inherit an incredible bag of mess with the two unprecedented nepotism pots we’ve got boiling here. The only thing left is for KF to get really bold and start hiring female relation too. That’s about all that’s left. As intriguing as it is to know who the next two coaches will be, who the new AD is, will come long before as it’s clear Barta is on autopilot. Will the Bd of Regents demand a better product and accountability or will the “nice guy plus family” plan live on?

Iowa has "make-shift" PG options, at best. It isn't that complicated to see. Lacking PG quickness Iowa can be shut down, especially if the 3 pointers aren't falling.

Ya it’s pretty amazing how people are already complaining about Joe T’s height. Literally everyone clamoring for a penetrating guard and we have one coming in who at least looks the part (4* on one site) and now probably the same people complaining about his height. I seriously doubt Zavier Simpson is 6 feet (what he’s listed at), and I’d take him in an instant. Ulis did alright at his height.

You really don't understand what the word "evidence" means. You are certainly allowed to have an opinion on it. And it might turn out to be correct.

I am the biggest buckeye fan ever next week. And if that doesn't come to fruition then I am rooting for Kelvin Sampson's shady ass. Don't book those tickets to Minneapolis quite yet.

Works both ways. Basabe went from 11/7 as a FR to 7/5 as a SR. Uhl, Wagner, Pemsl, Ellingsen, Dailey, Gesell, Clemons, Williams, McCabe, etc, etc. Look at their FR season and then look at their SR season. Some of these guys got worse.

Not me. I'll take 5'10 if he can play the position. If he can defend the position.

I like his potential but I don't recall anything from the 30 games that I saw him play, that made me want to describe his feet as "unreal". For a point of reference, Olesani's feet were unreal for his size. Tyler Cook has great feet for his size.

Some of those guys got worse. Some got reduced roles due to getting recruited over.

No question, some got passed bye by others as well. I was responding to a guy who said I was high and made it sound like nobody has developed under Fran.

AW improved. Let me say Fran and Staff seem not to'focus' at all times.Also NOT getting off-season Defensive specialist is Glaring example of non-focusing. But Win next things will be semi-ok. Go Hawks...Win!
