Anyone care to give an update on what was said? I love the fact that Kirk seems to have opened up a bit and is more willing to modify how he operates.

It should be known that Kirk did not tell O'Brien that he was actively going to seek out and recruit PSU players. O'Brien said that he spoke with KF and Kirk said that if a PSU players reached out to Iowa, he would listen.

Re: Some of us are old enough to remember when.. It was Andy Katz that said it was not worthy of the celebration. Katz is from Madison so there may have been some sour grapes there.

Will coach K be staying on through the bowl game? If not, seems kind of odd that he's moving on so quickly. It would seem to me like a DL coach would usually stick it out through the final game.

Never been a fan of playing your top WR's or RB back on Kickoffs or Punt Returns. Too risky. We don't have the depth to overcome one of our big guys getting injured.

IIRC, Robinson was more highly thought of as a CB prospect when he was at Lincoln. I never really heard anything about him being a RB until early last year.

I was at the WDM Scheels saturday and looked through them all. Only one #3. Quite a few #9's. a handful of #94. Quite a few #12's. I saw those t-shirts as well, I could have picked up two for the amount I spent on my new #9 jersey however, I already have plenty of t-shirts.

Dean Oliver and Ricky Davis' room was directly above mine in Quad freshman year. My first communication with Ricky was him asking me to bum him a smoke. What a mooch. :)
