Umm the same damn way you know they apparently aren't PGs genius. Watch them play. Don't be a hypocrite. You can tell that JB and CW aren't capable of playing PG at this level by watching them play, but I can't tell that they will be better scorers than MG by watching them play? Got it. You've never seen Bohannon play. CW scored 27 points in his career. Fran said himself CW is a natural wing playing PG of of necessity but I appreciate the name calling.

I haven't seen Bohannon play at this level and neither have you. So how can you say he's not a pg at this level but I can't say I think he'll be a better scorer than MG?

If you give Christian the space to work against a smaller/quicker guard by surrounding him with shooters and allow him to go one on one, they wont be able to stop him from finishing right over them. The only thing he needs to prove is that he can make good decisions while attacking (which I don't think Gesell did very often). I don't know what to make of his turnovers because I don't know if it was him, his teammates playing casually, or lacking cohesion.
I like hearing that Wagner showed improved range. I think a frontcount with him and Cook on the floor together is something to be built upon.

I don't think he has the athleticism to be a B1G point guard. I could be wrong, it's just my opinion

Okay, I will do the white guy comparison thing.....Maybe Bohannon turns out to be similar to Villanova's Ryan Arcidiacono.....Whether you are a Cyclone troll or part of the old school dirty 30 crew, at this point I do not care, you have no idea how Bohannon will pan out.

How exactly did you establish that opinion when you haven't seen him play at this level?

I saw him play once, he's an elite shooter and wasn't really recruited, highlight reel. I don't think it's too hard to see how athletic person is by watching them but I can't say I absolutely know for sure

Lol you are all over the place man. First you're questioning how I could say that JB and/or CW could possibly be better scorers than MG because I haven't seen them play. Now you're saying JB is an elite shooter.
If you're gonna troll tighten your game up.
I do think Bohannon is an elite shooter. I bet he's a career 40% shooter from 3.

Yeah. I read your post. CW is a scorer and Gesell was a facilitator. Or were you saying that CW attacks the basket and CANT score? I can attack the basket every time I get the ball, with LeBron James under the basket. Is that a good thing? Would that automatically make me a scorer because I attacked LeBron every time?

Find one post where I called CW a "scorer"? Find me one post where I say CW is gonna be great or all world. I can show you a post where I said CW, Bohannon, Vital or Moore will NOT be as good this year as Gesell was last year.
Not sure what "pipe dream" it is that I am dreaming. The only thing I'm guilty of is not throwing the baby out with the bath water when it comes to Bohannon and CW after 1 PTL game, like you have done.

You're guilty of having very little basketball knowledge.
Williams will never play point guard exclusively after this year so if he ends up on an all conference team, you will just say it wasn'tat point since he had minutes at other positions too. Kinda like Marble in his career. He played a lot of point and made all conference teams. But it's easy to argue he didn't make them as a point guard, even tho he played a ton of minutes there.
