But tom izzo wins. That’s what you dolts don’t understand. Our coaches don’t. Ferentz is paid to win but only pretends and hides from the boogeymen. Fran doesn’t win and is a hothead and pissed off all the orger schools in the state. When you win, the issues for these two goes away. When you don’t, you get criticized

Connor was wrong that it wasnt a foul on him, bit I can easily see how he was shocked when he received the foul after getting drilled in the face. If I was Connor I would have been pissed as F (and wrong). His reaction went from shock to "whatever dude". It wasnt bad at all.

There is no way this is true? This would warrant a suspension possibly multiple games

He looks tired to me...lots of lazy passes, shots, etc. I thought the lazy pass to Baer leading to the Flagrant 1 was the turning point. I said to my wife at the time I think the game just got away from us.

So Cook should have sat a few games for his T last year, Pemsl for his T this year, or Garza for his T this year as well. Grow up and open your eyes. Also you won't see me defending Fran on this site, but lay off the players, there isn't a need for it. He isn't the first Iowa to get a T, and he won't be the last.

Huh. I guess the football team didn't finish ranked, and the basketball team isn't already virtually a lock for the tournament. Yeah I guess you're right these coaches aren't winning anything at all.

I have liked Connor's fundamental play but to be honest, he seems to have the BB ability of a 2 star recruit, sad to say.

Fran has a history of embarrassing antics that get noticed nationally by a lot of different media outlets and then opposing fans see their posts and hear their views. It has given Fran and Iowa a poor look and negative national attention. Throw in Gary Barta’s poor leadership and you have a poor perceived program. This isn’t going to help his perception nationally, locally or with officials. People complain about officials with Iowa, this certainly won’t help his case that’s for damn sure.

Fran hasn’t done anything to give him benefit of doubt nor a pass. He has no good will on his resume. This is why anything short of a miracle run in the post season will sell fans on Fran long term any more. He’s a polarizing figure for this program.
