More Trevon Young Drama

Anyone ever see this kid play? I have. He's kind of a thug. I can recall a game just last year where he wasn't playing and he was literally complaining to his parents in the stands about it from the sidelines. It was weird. Like a little baby upset he wasn't in the game.

Uh oh. That's almost as worrisome as the arrests, unless the 'rents got that attitude under control. Otherwise smells like one and done if he does make it to Iowa.

followers are born, but leaders are made
this is a saying by the Marines
to expect a 17-18 year old to be a leader is foolish

That's crap. Leaders are born. Some have it, some don't. Now, some have it, but it's buried deep within them and needs to be coaxed out. But that's not the same as making a leader. You're drawing out what's already there. But not everybody has it deep within themselves.

I feel the same way TM!

Merry Christmas!

Was there a throat slash motion involved?

Hiring 101 - past performance is the best indicator of future performance

Don't know where this youngster's future is headed as far as being a Hawk but he is responsible for his behavior and he has made a couple of bad choices as of late.

Actually...I think I did see some throat slashing at the stinkin Lincoln games but don't quote me on that. I do remember thinking both he and Bernstein were compete thugs that were more focused on the crowd than the game.

So most of the college players as well as in the NFL in your eyes are thugs? Sports are entertainment, they players are their to put on a show, some go over board but to call them thugs seems a bit out of place. Did they roll in late to the game in their cars pimped out with hydro-lift kits, subs pumping to gangsta music and they get out flash their guns?

To me that is a thug, someone who hustles for money, deals drugs or kills a person for money or the kills another person for the colors they wear or the clothes they have on. That is a thug, not a kid/player/athlete putting on a show for the fans.

I actually live and work on the south side which is why I saw a couple of his games. Wife doesn't like it but it doesn't bother me

My wife said no when we were looking for houses, our realtor was persistent about it. Get more for your money, blah, blah, blah. Come to find out all the houses he wanted to show us were his listings.
