Legitimate thoughts around poor (to date) recruiting results

Really, 2 non-ranked 3 stars make it a very good class? Look up Ohio States commitments for this year once. That will reveal the truth to you REAL fast.

And Michigan too, but again am I surprised by that?

It is far easier to recruit at those two schools, not making excuses, because it is reality.

Iowa's class is shaping up and to be honest with you doesn't have to be a Top 30 class this year, but also I don't expect that every year out of Iowa. One very good class every three years will get the job done.

The fact is that Iowa got a quality player, who played in the US for one year and is a guy that a lot of people are using my least favorite word when describing him: "Potential"

I am not quite sure what you are trying to prove in your comment, other than OSU recruits at a high level, but pretty much anyone with a pulse knows that.

Are you saying this fan is delusional about how good Iowa's players are? Time will tell, on paper it looks average, but there are some out there that are a bit more optimistic about how good this class may end up being.

Fran makes his players better, no reason for me to think otherwise with whomever he lands in this class.
