Has everything been perfect? No
Have we had some bad bounces? Yes
Well that's life.
It is absolutely pathetic to come on here and see a bunch of grown "men" who seem to have little knowledge about life, and even less about football.
Let me tell you something you already know...........

Many people use message boards as an outlet for their frustration. Would you prefer they kick their dog or break their TV instead?
 
Frustrated is one thing, but the level of stupid has hit an all time high.
The team you root for and support has hit a little bump in the road, a little adversity and this is how you respond? Not just a frustrated knee jerk reaction but full on melt down.
Yeah I bet y'all do make great husband's, father's and dog owners. Hate to see what happens when that team burns supper, gets a crappy grade or shits on the floor. If a college team can send you into a full on melt down, I would hate to see what you are like on a team at work when things get tough.

Show some resiliency, some resolve. Or is that just some crap a mouth breather say to a bunch of college football players who have had some bad bounces?
 
Just will take a win tomorrow to stop the negativity.

Then the threads about us still being able to have a decent season would crop up.

Im not upset, but some of the people posting remind me of going to Walmart, you just feel dumber after going.

Plus this is a Hawkeye FAN board. What kind of fan is up to you all I guess.

One problem, this is a yearly thing. If it was an isolated year, I'd be with ya. These are systemic program wide issues.

I'm just frustrated.
When was our last pick 6? When was the last kick return for a score? When was the last long running play?
I get that we always run the same plays, same coverage, but we used to see those things.
That's on the players.

Then I wonder why we ran trick plays earlier this year, but not since. I wonder how a 2 min offense looks no different than the opening drive.

I'm saying that we can't run the dam ball because most of the team can't or isn't blocking.
Our run game is a smelly pile of dog crap because our run blocking by everyone is dog crap.

It's well we will work on it and clean some things up.

That should be pretty telling about how bad our run game is.
