My opinion on that is it depends on when you commit. Commit beginning of JR year then no. Wait till Senior year and get the Duke and Kansas offers then yes.

Harrison Barnes could have chosen ISU or Iowa over UNC and he still would have held the #2 ranking.

Foster shooting 35% from 3 is pretty impressive for a freshman big man. Patrick shooting 27% from 3 is no bueno but maybe thats not part of his game? Fredricks shooting stats are nuts. Whats up with Cartons 1:1 assist:turnover ratio?

Can he, or does he? I have seen him a few times in person. I would say he is an average high school defender. How that will translate to a team that plays terrible defense? I wouldn't expect him to revolutionize or re-energize our defense.

Nothing to be afraid of. Fran places a clear priority on offensive skill set and maybe zero on defensive. Luckily JW is the kid of gun slinger that if he hits a groove and gels with the team can help us outscore opponents. For that to happen though Joe would need for the college game to be as easy for him as the high school game is. I think he has a real shot to reach his potential in Sophomore year. We could have 3 Jok like years out of him. Of course all of this depends on so many factors.

That said though JW is one of if not the most dangerous offensive scorers that Fran has ever landed.
