If we don't win the conference this year

Hey, clicheusername3, I am not sure how much thought you put into your reply to my comment about Jok, but I hope that isn't at the top end of your abilities. If it is, then I truly apologize for this retort. Come on, you don't have to agree with my opinion, but at least state yours. Then perhaps you can provide the reasons why and how you came to your conclusion. You see, that is how civil discussion are conducted, even on the internet. I'll assume you don't think Jok can be as good as Stauskis and I do. I'll start.Jok has shown the ability to hit the 3 and then take his man off the dribble and get to the rack. Further, Jok has shown glimpses of being able to post up. What Jok has also shown is an ability to rebound and get to the foul line. It is obvious to all that Jok play mostly out of control. But if you watched him in his minutes in B1G conference play, you can see a kid that is growning, in that he is not forcing the issue. Fran is allowing him to "see" the speed of the game and Jok is just letting things come to him and he focuses on his defense. Back to Stauskis: did you see his evolution from a perimeter 3 point shooter, only, last season, to possibly the best combination of perimeter shooter and dribble drive guard in the conference? If the answer is yes, then I really do want to see your reasons for Jok not ever being this type of player because you obviously have great insight into how a player WILL develop during any given off season.

He is right...u high. And now u mad too.

I blew up this thread 'cause I disagreed with Iowa's chance to be B1G champion? IMO, Iowa doesn't have the players and they don't have the coach to become a B1G champion. <P> BTW, Iowa beat the athleticism of tOSU with Woody and Olaeseni in the post... the whole game. Michigan plays a smaller, quicker lineup in the second half and Fran counters with McCabe, Basabe and Uthoff in the post for the entirety of the second half??? Are you kidding me, Fran? Haven't you learned, yet? Keep either Woody or Olaseni in the post to be an offensive matchup problem FOR Michigan in the second half... and clog up the middle.
