Pretty much everywhere...to the top, you're full of it and disingenuous. I'm not wasting my time explaining things to a diehard Wisconsin fan. If others on here want to mix it up with you, I'll let it go for now. But I'm just about ready to send you packing.

Rob, I'm trying to be nice here , but you are full of crap! I AM a diehard Badger fan, how could I be anything else when I was born in Madison, had a relative that was the head of the program, and a brother who coached through FIVE HC's? That does not mean unless you are one of those who thinks there is no other team worth following. I have NOT been in that camp through some very difficult years for Wisconsin football. I appreciated GOOD TOUGH NOSED play. Something Iowa exhibited even IF Wisconsin didn't have the players to compete. So, Rob, you as host will say something and then duck? There ARE people here that know my like of Iowa well before you took control.

That said, I've not said anything, NOT ANYTHING, that should get your undies in a bind. I think Iowa is THE SECOND BEST TEAM in the WEST and will show it at the end of the year. With it's schedule it MIGHT come out on top. I've worried about this prior to the season starting.

I was four years old the winter of 1969-70. You're right. I didn't follow Freddie or John when they were here. I started following during Sky King, Cal Wulfesburg, young Ronnie Lester.

You spending all that time in Wisconsin and not knowing who Petitgoue is would be like an Iowa poster on these boards not knowing who Ed Thomas was.

Hornibrook will not be in the NFL. Hes a winner and makes plays. NFL qb he is not. Neither is Stanley, yet.

He got defensive everytime he got exposed with his undies in a bundle, whether it was Rob or one of the posters on this board. Instead of admitting he was wrong, he would double down on his stance or say something like "Show me where I was wrong" or "Not once did I say that"

Not showing up after the BYU loss, then jumping right back on as soon as Wisconsin beat Iowa, put him on the ropes. His final two comments toward Rob were the knockout blows.

I, for one, have been proven wrong numerous times on these boards. And I am the first to acknowledge it.

Certainly seemed to be begging for it, Walker. There has to be some degree of respect for Rob who is very lenient and allows us to blow off some steam. But the unknown one went over the line several times in this thread, even after being warned.....

You did very well, Northside. Attempting to reason with someone who is blowing his top, recklessly and beyond the pale is sometimes impossible. Kudos for keeping your cool.....

Not that big a loss to bid farewell to unknownbadger. Only a matter of time before his alt appears. Shouldn't be too difficult to identify him. He might be able to hide it for a while but before too long his rage and nastiness will manifest itself.....

Onward to a severe game of Wacking the Gopher.....

When my avitar daughter was thirteen she was blinded, Eric Katenda style, in an AAU basketball game. The back of her retina bruised and swelled. The doctor told us he would not be able to determine if the optic nerve was damaged until the bruise healed. For six weeks we held our breath. I have learned both cool under pressure and patiently dealing with the arrogance of others. It helps on these boards on occasion.
