Josey Jewell- He was injured some last year but I think he has the physical ability to be a good LB
CJB- Offense will still struggle and CJ may be a slight improvement over Jake, but not much.

CJ is a huge improvement over Jake. We very well might have only had 1 loss if he was the starter last year. We may have only had 5 wins if CJ never played.

There's little middle ground on message boards.

There is plenty of middle ground. It's just that the few extreme ones get the most attention.

Those games may have implications for Iowa's championship as potential tie breakers but it's too early in the season to tell. While it is good that the competitors lose from that standpoint, it is not good for the SOS and national championship implications. All the gets complicated so I just follow the mindset that Iowa needs to take care of business and at least this early let the other teams sort themselves out so I am not particularly interested in those games.
