That would be pretty messed up if a fellow hawk fan rubbed other fan's noses in how the season played out. Fortunately that hasn't happened tho.

That makes no sense. What if they were better teams? How can you say there is no way we should lose to a better team?
So you're equally upset if we lose to Omaha or Illinois at home or if we lose to a top 25 team at home?

This - i mean, we get it 56 - Iowa is not great this year and you love to rub peoples nose in it. If you are a Hawk fan, and I think I speak for everyone here - stop being one.
I'm not rubbing anyone's nose in it. People starting threads calling me out when they thought I was wrong but ended up being right is people trying to rub my nose in it. Everyone was so ready to get rid of last year's seniors which I thought was disrespectful to that group who did so much for us and guess who ended up being right? Those guys are way better than what we have now and I'm not talking experience I'm talking talent too

I disagree, I like this teams potential way more than last years class and there's no way to prove anything you just said at this point, so why keep saying you are "right" ?
Why? Last year's team could at least defend. Jok seems to be our only clutch player on the roster and people are already throwing him under the bus

also, what you are saying right now, is that this core of players, will not make it to the 2nd weekend of the tourney. I think it might be a touch to early to say that.

I think the jury is still out on that. I made a post somewhere the other day that Settles, Kingsbury, etc. weren't a very good team when they were young, either, and they turned out pretty good. We'll see where this group is in, say, 2 years.
It's just hard for a group of predominantly freshmen & sophomores to win at a very high level in this league, unless you're the Fab 5. Suffice to say, Iowa hasn't had a recruiting class like THAT, since, well... never.
Unless we add a legit PG this freshman class will never make it to the Sweet 16. We're not even going to be a tournament team next year
