And that is clearly because of what happened early in the year. Do you really not think Iowa is a better team than they were at the beginning of the year?

I don't see how it's even possible that a fan of Iowa would argue that isu is a better team right now.

It still is early in the year. We are getting better and are moving up in KenPom. We've looked good for two games now, I'm not ready to say we're better than a probable tournament team
 
Trolling is when you say things just to get a reaction. I don't think you can call it trolling when someone goes on a board designated for Iowa fans and says Iowa is better than ISU.

Iowa was top 5 RPI last year in February, were they top 5 come NCAA tournament time?

KenPom means nothing right now, and ISU isn't even close to a top 30 team. KenPom will be a lot more accurate at the end of the year with more data.

Iowa >>>>> ISU and it wasn't even close on the court. ISU is just lucky they have played cupcakes city up to this point with the #163rd ranked schedule so far. You said yourself you haven't watched ISU this year, why do you think they are so good? Did they look good vs Iowa when you did watch them?

Iowa was a top 5 team in February so yeah that's accurate. I don't think ISU is that good, probably an 8 or 9 seed in the tournament

Our schedule is ranked 102nd. UNI has played the toughest slate of any of the in state teams by far

2 games is a small sample size, yet you are basing Iowa being a bad team on losing one (bad, bad, bad) game? All other loses Iowa have had are respectable. Virginia is legit and Memphis, Seton Hall, Norte Dame were close games. If we played defense like we are playing now any of those 3 games could have went our way.

I don't see how you know Iowa state is better when we dominated them from the tip. If anything it proves that the we are at least comparable

Why do you think ISU is good, you said you haven't seen them play? They looked like a #8 or #9 seed when they played Iowa according to you? Are you blind?

I'm basing it off the entire season. Our defense was so terrible in all those close games you mentioned

They're #29 in KenPom and he's a pretty smart dude. I don't think saying they are an 8 or 9 seed is me calling them good but whatever fits your narrative

ISU would have 5 losses playing ours or UNI's schedule. They aren't very good right now, that much is for sure. Heck ask any ISU fan how good they are now, they will tell you they aren't very good, they were putrid vs Drake, and are lucky they didn't play a 200 ranked RPI team yesterday.

I don't think they would have 5 losses with our schedule. KenPom has Seton Hall #45 and they would play them at home and Memphis isn't very good. They'd have losses to us, Virgnia and ND

If Iowa played that cupcake schedule they would be 7-3 and ranked #29 in KenPom. If ISU played Iowas schedule they would be 6-5 and ranked #67
