Guarding a center with two people (double-teaming) is a strategy to disrupt the offense and force a difficult pass, primarily in the low post. The success of this tactic depends heavily on teamwork and quick defensive rotations by the other three players.

Ava has got to get past the point where she gets these seemingly tic tac fouls. It seems they shouldn't even be fouls but they get called so she's got to watch it. Against Lindenwood she got taken out after one foul, maybe that's the way.
