Thanks for the update on Jok. Did he have microfracture surgery on his knees? I am a bit surprised to hear of his weight issues. I think he is related to Luol Deng and Longo Longo,other Sudanese players,and usually these guys are very thin and need to gain muscle.
Maybe he gained the weight due to inactivity due to the knee issues?
I have had high hopes of Iowa getting Jok,as they will need to replace another wing next year with May leaving..and figured Jok would be a great replacement. Hope he recovers and plays well this summer so Fran can lock him up.

iowa is recruiting him but if he wanted to commit right now we would not accept it.

he is not a high major player at this point in time.

That's fine but how do you know he doesn't have an offer anymore? Rivals says he does, but I know they aren't always right.
 
SC East had 7 turnovers to 0 for Valley in first quarter so Valley had 18 to 9 shots.
 
29-26 East at half. Adam with only 4 points and 6 rebounds. He's 2-2 from the field and 0-2 on FT. Hard to believe he only gets 2 shots but they must have a decent team around him.

Turnovers are killing East. Woodbury also has 2 blocks.
