If my memory is correct the banners hanging in Carver reflect Big 10 and National Championships won. I guess I don't feel like a bowl win is comprable to either of those. Just one person's opinion.

Usually my wife has to work around that time (accountant). This year will have a better schedule, so we are planning on going. Probably do the charter, might as well do it up right since it will be our first bowl game. I think we will be going to whatever the Hawks qualifiy for.

Just looking at wins/losses doesn't tell the whole story. We often play lesser opponents in August and early September than we do in later October/November. Maybe we just play better as the competition heats up.
