Shurna would start for virtually any team in the country. He looks like a nerd; but he was a very highly rated player coming out of HS, and will be 1st or 2nd team all B10 as a sophmore. I can't think of any 3 guys on our roster that I wouldn't trade for one Shurna.

This is a mute point; Barta will not fire Lick after this year. But, I don't buy that a coaching change would put us back 3 years. There are lots of coaches who could turn this around in a year or 2.
