Woody was a hit?
That's a joke, right?
He was a 5 star prospect that was heavily recruited by Roy Williams at UNC and also had offers from Ohio State and Virginia. So yes...as a recruit he was a massive hit for Fran.

"Hey, X, can you drive tonight?" "Uh, sure. Where we goin?" "Just drive freshman and don't ask questions"He just felt more comfortable hanging out with the players at ISU. Let’s just hope his teammates don't go rob some bank somewhere.
Yes we don’t need future NBA players playing at Iowa. We are nice and comffy sitting in the middle of the pack in the B1G.

A star was born Monday night in Southwest Wisconsin. My ninth grader scored in his much anticipated JV debut...
....wait for it...
...four points.
On a serious note, a player you may have heard of is back on the map. Brayden Dailey has re-emerged from an absolute twilight zone of a sophomore season that saw him playing, well...not
very much, to transfer to Cuba City and deliver 28 points in his season debut.
Brayden is now 6'6 and has become noticibly stronger in his odessy of a year. He can stroke the three and has improved his defense and rebounding. Well, hes improved his defense somewhat. If you've ever seen Cuba City's teams play, they're not exactly known to be defensive juggernauts.
Dailey is a player worth keeping tabs on.
If you know the back story considering the old man, who is not exactly rowing with both oars in the water, you are well aware of the Brayden saga. He has a reputation, especially in AAU, of being a cherry picker. He won't cherry pick at Cuba. Let's give him a second chance and see what happens.Hard pass. Slow as F. Belongs nowhere near the Big Ten. Also his Dad pulls he and his son off their team last year in the middle of the year because they weren’t getting the ball enough. No way

I know all the story's about Dailey's dad and their all true.
Mineral Point played a lot of 1-3-1 zone, with Dailey at the top. That’s true. Saw him at Point last year and all he did was cherry pick at half court
Listen, I got it, Clone fans love slobbing the knob of their coaches and AD, but your faith if Prhom is sorely misplaced. You are going to look back in 5 years and Prohm is gonna remind you of Paul Rhoads, not Fred Hoiberg. Prohm has shown he can win with Fred's guys, but now with his own guys he aint gonna get it done. With a 5* recruit and 2 other guys on NBA rosters Stevie boy couldn't finish above .500 in the Big12 and couldn't get out of the 1st round. Overall Prohm is 13-23 in the Big12 with his own recruits. Get used to those results, cause that is what you are staring at when Stevie Boy has to coach his own players.
What did I say that was false in that statement? I've got my doubts about Prohm, he's not perfect that's for sure.
Prohm's had two years without Fred's guys. He's had a historically bad year with a decimated roster and had a 6 seed in the tourney. If he can even that out it'll be good.
