I'm confused. I think we agree that KFz leaves on his terms...Beth is not going to "fire" him. Right?
You suggest that Beth (and ancillary players) have someone on their radar. So KFz must be in the know right? If "the guy" says Yes... they're not going to blind side KFz and say "Hey, we found a guy we would like to take over. You wanna step down?"
KFz has to be in the loop in your scenario.
