You have convinced no one that drinking and driving is ok. Everytime you operate a motorized vehicle WELL over the legal limit you put innocent people at risk. What is wrong with you? 0% would be not drinking and driving. How is a car swerving to miss a dumb@ss driving drunk on a scooter far fetched? People die from accidents every day that dont even involve alcohol.
From the NHTSA....
Every day, almost 29 people in the United States die in alcohol-impaired vehicle crashes—that's one person every 50 minutes in 2016. Drunk-driving fatalities have fallen by a third in the last three decades; however, drunk-driving crashes claim more than 10,000 lives per year. In 2010, the most recent year for which cost data is available, these deaths and damages contributed to a cost of $44B per year.
Its illegal and punishable by up to a year in prison. Thats not tom foolery, thats criminal. But you call it minor if you will.
