Who is Iowa State's biggest threat?

Apparently you either failed to read the last sentence of my previous post or you simply didn't comprehend it. I'm not mad all because it's pretty obvious you're either trolling or you really have no idea what you're talking about.

Because Iowa had more past NFL players means this current team has more NFL players? Is that what you are saying? You do know in the past Iowa actually won more games than the last few years. Iowa has fallen son. Quit living in the past. Iowa Sucks. They don't have Dallas Clark level talent. They don't have AC level talent. Bob Sanders is gone.

The biggest threat for is-who is emotion. If they get some momentum going offensively or force a turnover or make a special teams play, then the crowd gets nuts, the jock-jams start splitting ear dums, pauw woads plays air guitar, the PA starts screaming "that's another cyclone 1st down!" and everything starts going their way.
With two teams so evenly matched, emotion will play a big role and we all know is-who focuses on this game all year long.

Probably Richardson in general. 10 tds and 1 pick in his career. Might not be a dynamic passer but he does a good job protecting the ball. Too many wrs and rbs see the field to know who could break out.

Iowa States biggest advantage is our coaching staff/ a lack of fire/ stupid mistakes/ poor use of available personnel. Our fan base, rightly so, feels we should always be better than State, Minny, nw, Purdue, Indiana, and any mac school, --- our players must feel that way too and they just don't show up sometimes against these give-me's

Again, you're stretching to try and prove a point and you're failing miserably. When did I say Iowa was as good as they have been in the past? When did I say they haven't fallen? Please show me these things you're assuming I said. Or if you want to prove you have an inkling of intellect you should start trying to make valid points instead of making things up out of thin air.

And yes, I am saying this current Iowa team has more NFL players on it than the Cyclones do. Whether Iowa is down or not they still have more talent than ISU. That will be proven a fact in the next NFL draft just like it has been for the past decade. Snap back to reality Marshall.

Dude, we had ONE player drafted last year. That's the reality.

Ya and last year was the first year in as long as I can remember that Iowa State had more players drafted (by a grand total of one whole player).

That will not be the case this year I guarantee you. All 3 Iowa linebackers will probably be drafted, Scherff will be drafted if he chooses to leave, and it's been reported that CJ Fed would have been drafted last year if he wanted to leave. That's four right there and that's not including others who have a solid chance.

As soon as I see someone type "Didn't get up for the game" I ignore the rest of the post. This is a sure sign that they have no clue. If you don't think these players are "up for the game" than you've never been within 100 yards of the field.

Chris Williams blasphemy will not be tolerated on this board. If he says the Clones TEs are the bestest and super awesome, he must be right.
Heard Chris last night on his show on 1460am. He is implying that Isu will not stop Iowa's run game and that it will not be pretty. I'd say Chris has admitted reality concerning the clones.

In all honesty, he has not been bad this year, he just makes some comments that floor me. Like ISU has the same level of talent at TE as Iowa. As far as a game prediction is concerned, he has been more neutral, saying it's going to be a good game.
I don't know why, but despite the fact that Iowa has not looked great so far this year, and lately beating the clowns has been way too hard for the Hawks, I feel really good about the game. I'm ready for a clown beat down!

As I've said for a while now, even though I got scared after last week, it's a talent mismatch this year, especially Iowa's O-Line vs cyclone D-Line.

Agree, and the cyclones losing their best O-lineman for this game and their O-line looked pretty bad week 1 also gives me hope.

Iowa is starting a third string true freshman at corner. Our safeties had a very rough day vs NIU. We have one sack this year. I think Iowa needs a lot of points this week.

King is a third stringer? Weird. I wonder why he's starting over the second string guys.
