White was my initial thought, simply because he is our best player (IMO).
However, if White scores while Woody or Clemmons is in the game, Woody and Clemmons "+" goes up, too.
if Gabe had been a option he would have got my vote, he wasn't, so I voted Clemmons
The longer explanation is that it's the point differential with a player in the game or out of the game.
For instance, if Basabe came into a tied game and went to the bench with Iowa down 5 points, he'd have a minus 5 for that time period. If he came into the game with Iowa down 5 and left with the game tied, he'd have a plus 5.
It's a way to see if your team scores more points when you are on the floor or off the floor. The higher the +/-, the more value you are on the court for your team. This assumes a lot of variables, but it's a good overview of how productive your team is when a certain player is on the court.
BTW--It is actually reassuring that there are so many reasonably possible answers to this question.
I went with Woodbury and would be surprised if that is not the answer.
Also, where can you look this up Spank?
Edit: I think I just found it, and if I chose the right stat.....2 thoughts...WOW! and....LOL @ current votes.
But usually the lead does not get bigger during garbage time.
/ducks
problem with this statement he has come in the 1st half, I remember 1 game where he came in with a 2 point lead and the lead went to 10
20-18 then 30-20, I would not call that garbage minutes

Is that when Marc Sonnen picked up his two fouls?
Cant be. Hawks went up 31-20 in that game. And we all know herby never gets anything wrong. His post said 30-20 so Im anxious to hear what game he was talking about.
I would guess it is NOT a starter of any kind. Those games with McCabe in the starting lineup were pretty brutal.
I was bored and researched the Western Kentucky game: totally different athleticism for us; we were extremely slow.
Therefore, I'm going with JoshO. He has done well in all games we have struggled; his poorer shooting games have been in blowouts.

it was the UNI game
final stats for Gabe
12 minutes, 4 pts 2-3 fg 0-0 from 3,0-0 ft, 4rbds, 2 blk
final score 80-73
this must really get under your skin, this also was discussed in another thread right after the UNI game
another interesting game was SD
11 minutes 8 pts 3-4 fg, 0-0 from 3, 2-2 ft, 9 rbds and 2 blks
very effective in the time he played
SC ST 19 minutes
6 point 1-4 fg. 4-4 ft, 10 rbds, 4 blks 2 stls
and Coppin ST 18 minutes
14 pts 6-8 fg 2-2 ft, 7 rbds, 2 blks.
on the season he is leading the team in blocked shots with 18 in 12 games, Basabe is 2nd with 17 in 13 games
he is plsaying better each time on the floor, he played just 3 years of club BB in England after playing soccer. he played 1 year of HS BB in Kansas, and is just starting his 2nd year of college ball, he is just in his 6th year of BB, he could have used a RS but since Brommer and Archie could stay healthy, Fran had to waste a year in a reserve capacity
as for offers he held offers from Alabama and Xavier, not exactly low level teams
