Whar dipwad Cardinals fans who always run their mouths??

My beef is not that Cards fans are arrogant because of their team's success(I don't really follow baseball, so I don't give a rip about their team), they're arrogant because they think being a Cardinals fan in itself is an achievement. They are the self-professed best sports fans in America, and they have no problem telling you what great fans they are.

Yeah, you know baseball Cardinals fans? You know who else knows baseball? Every 11 year old in America. Understanding baseball is not something to brag about.

Find me an 11 year old that knows what Yadier Molina's DWAR was this year. Find me an 11 year old that knows what a LOOGY is.

STL fans are a top 3 fanbase regardless of whether they lost this series. IMO you had maybe the 2 best atmosphere's in baseball going at it in the NLCS. Only other comparable would be Boston.

If the Yankees fans I've met over the years are any indication I'm not sure that's humanly possible.

^ this, most Cardinal fans are tolerable but there are a few jerks as in any fan base. But Yankee fans are in a class all in their own, they are arrogant and very proud of it.

That was awesome last night. Cheap seats are only 400 for game one. I just hope verlander doesn't get th 26 inch plate like he did against the A's.

My observation is this.....The Cardinals organization is one of the best, most profressional, most well-run organizations in all of sports, not just baseball. And this is a Royals fan saying that.

My other observation is this.....Aside from Yankee and Red Sox fans, Cardinal fans are the most self-absorbed, arrogant, unlikable fan bases in all of sports.

Demonstrably true, at least in my life experiences.
I grew up in illannoy as a Cubs fan, and once I got to Iowa, I was exposed to Cardinals fans. Yikes.
Then I lived in Rhode Island for several years, which, while it leans Red Sox, is also full of Yankmees fans. Double Yikes.

As a Braves fan, I admit I may be a little biased (Ok, I'm REALLY biased), but is it lost on everybody else that the Cards shouldn't even have been in the playoffs to begin with? 6 games BACK for the WILDCARD!... and this is considered making the playoffs? What a joke the 2nd wildcard is... and a one game playoff? Nothing else as ridiculous in sports. Anybody can beat anybody in one game. I'm hoping the Cards go all the way so everybody can see what a farce the 2nd wildcard is and maybe they'll drop it.

OK... I admit it. I'm bitter. :p

Exhibit A on why the average Cards fan is a Jag-Bag.
