KF doesn't call the plays and I doubt had anything to do with us not using the Raider Pkg. This one is on the coordinators................

I don't think they were 'resting'. They looked wide awake on the sidelines to me, lol....And I didn't see any couches or recliners on the sidelines, so I think they were even standing up!!! KF has NEVER held anyone out if they were cleared to go..........another brilliant 'opinion' by the HN geniuses, lol! I keep wondering why I stay here, but then I'm reminded that you can't 'buy' this good of comedy.............

Is there a rule that I don't know about where the head coach can't communicate with his coordinators during the game? Yet another awesome take from our self proclaimed genius.

I'm not so sure Rutgers is better than ndsu. No way we should have lost on Sat, but after seeing both teams play, NDSU is a far more complete team.

It would appear, based on playcalling, we may have underestimated ndsu. No way to know for sure, but it's really not to far fetched to speculate, based on a very "base" offense and defense playcalling, that our staff assumed that would be sufficient to win.

Iowa has ran the ball to the right side 2 times in the last 6 quarters. A 5 year old could come up with a defensive game plan to stop that.

Head coaches overrule their coordinators all the time. See Meyer and Saban. You're the biggest idiot on this sight.
 
Hey guys, Icke has figured it out. It was all CJ's fault. The coaches called the perfect game. The defense played amazing. Bowers and Snyder playing like All Americans. If CJ wasn't such a dog, and Jake were here leading this team we win this game 100-0!!!!!

I wasn't talking about Davis at all. I was referring to staying with the exact same defense for all 68 plays. You don't think the head coach could walk up to the defensive coordinator and say "why don't we dial up some pressure soon"? Thinking it's possible for that to happen makes me an idiot? And you wonder why no one takes you serious.

I can't get over how bad that post was. He is really arguing that Kirk sits back and listens to every call and never says anything? Actually, now that I think about it, he's probably right. Every other head coach at every level probably butts in every now and then. But not Kirk. He just sits back and watches what he knows, individual's technique.

When your head coach sits and rest your starting C and RG even though he said they could have played, you are absolutely underestimating your opponent. KF would have NEVER sat those two vs Wisconsin, Nebraska, or Michigan.
