Does anyone know why we dont paint the water tower Hawkeye colors???

I was in Iowa City yesterday and I talked with someone that said they were at 31 Flavors and talked with CJ Fiedorowicz, who told them that he drove by it on his moped and thought he saw a tigerhawk painted on it. There was a lot of confusion, though, because some kid was skipping school and passed out there. I guess it's pretty serious.
