Tickets going fast..

It's because of idiots like you that I end up having to stand for 3 hours at a concert. Why is it so hard for you to understand that if we all sit down, we can all see!! Stadium seating is designed for this very purpose, just so we can all get to see, not just the people in front! Neat!

YEAH, SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP!!! We can't see or hear anything with you standing up hollering all the time.

Honestly atmosphere is part of being in a stadium. if you want a quiet non obscured view of a game, stay at home. A couple of years ago i was told to sit down opening kickoff on a night game....

Obviously common sense applies. There is a difference between jumping up to cheer for a play and just standing up by yourself being obnoxious for 2 hours. We all paid for our tickets too, not just you.

If you do not enjoy standing then stay at home to watch the game. Just because YOU bought a ticket does not mean everyone else has to sit down just so you can watch the game from your @ss. At home you can sit all you want and if you do not have one get yourself a nice HDTV. You get a much better view and a comfortable seat.

If I want to go to a game then I am going to be part of the crowd. I am going to be rowdy, be jumping up and down when something good happens, and probably jawing at the refs (like they can hear me) if something bad happens. You won't like sitting behind me.

Have to agree with this side of the argument. From both a football and basketball standpoint, I miss being in the student sections...

I knew there was a reason I don't spend more time on message boards, thanks for reminding me why! It's amazing how difficult it is for some people to differentiate the line between rowdy and obnoxious.

It's pretty simple: If you look around you and everyone in your immediate vicinity looks like they want to punch you, you're probably doing it wrong. (or sitting with visiting crowd)

Duff's 100% in the right here. If you're the only one standing in your general area and everyone else is sitting down, you're unquestionably a dbag.

I never said that I was the only one standing. There is like three rows that stand right around me. Id say maybe 20 fans. There is a group of four that for years have been telling everyone to sit down, the whole game. They ***** and moan as soon as they get into the game. Yet they have not changed there seats or stopped coming in five years. Seems like the people down front get up then down up and down almost every play because yes we are in the corner. Duffbag is the one trying to make it out like Im the only guy standing.

Yep, it's all about YOU. Obviously YOUR ticket gives YOU the right to do whatever YOU want.....

As for everyone else...screw them. Only YOUR ticket matters. Your ticket confers upon YOU special rights and privileges that others don't have.

Nope nothing special just standing. I want to see. If people behind me want to see they have the privilege to stand also.

Standing does not equal whatever you want, so take it easy pal.

Do you think the players want fans that sit there and maybe give a golf clap or fans that stand and are loud and into the game?

Are you in 138? If so, I want to thank you. The entire section stands more often than not now because of 15 or 20 people that stand all game five or six rows in front of me. I love it! Five years sounds about right. It's a great section.

Everyone who buys a ticket has the RIGHT to see the game. If that means YOU have to sit down....then SIT DOWN.

Is common sense and common courtesy a thing of the past? I just don't get the "me first" attitude some of you have. It is pathetic.

During big plays and crucial moments...by all means stand. Otherwise, go with the flow. A good time can be had by all....if people wouldn't be selfish and inconsiderate.

How is that so hard for some people to understand?

This can be turned right back at you. What gives you the right to make me sit? What gives me the right to make you stand?

I am really not trying to be a jerk to anyone. I just want to see the whole field and the sidelines to see the players and coaches reactions. To do that I stand. Also if I was to sit and then get up during good plays that would just **** people of more because I would be up and down very often as I cheer a lot.

No sir but I right next to ya.

As Duff pointed out sounds like you need to donate to get better seats, I can see the entire field from where I sit just fine.

The "standing" mentality crowd is pretty sad. No one has ever suggested being loud and standing during key plays was unacceptable. But maybe people who are short and those who cannot endure 4 hours of up/down, standing movements could be accommodated. Like fathers, grandmothers, small kids, pregnant women, arthritic people,etc.,etc. How can you possibly know why sitting is preferred or required for some to attend. Maybe you have a litmus test for all manner of judging fan worthiness to attend but maybe the STANDERS should stay home and stand in front of their big screens for 4 straight hours - problem solved. Many "sitters" have done a lot and spent a lot to make this program entertaining over the years. Maybe they deserve the right to see the game. Leave your ego driven, boorish behavior at home and consider everyone.
