What an idiot. Not only is the whole idea ridiculous, but he says that the website is not calling for the firing of Ferentz at this time. Hence the title?:rolleyes:
 
I thought it was bogus too, but then again there is a guy named Richard Johnson from Fernandina Beach, FL.

Not saying it's him and I'm not saying anyone should do anything about it - don't, I just find it interesting that if you are going to put up a hate site about a head coach (that's basically what it will become), you'd think you'd want to be anonymous.

the more I read these boards since Saturday the more I am convinced that we have some of the most fair weather fans around, it's almost embarassing. I'm as disappointed as the next guy but give me a break. Is Urban Meyer getting fired, Mack Brown?

I would be willing to bet that the extreme fringes of those fanbases are going just as loony as some of ours. I don't think the fanbase is the most fair-weather out there. But there's always a higher percentage of those kinds of fans on message boards than there is in real life, and that skews your perspective.

Yeah, wanting Ferentz fired is just absolutely ridiculous.
 
I'm guessing this guy is just a small-time investor-type that also follows college football. If things continue to go south for the Captian, this guy might be able to make a buck or two selling the domain rights.

He probably just snagged the webiste name so he can sell it/make money if people actually get serious about firing KF...

On the ".com" thing, two questions... 1) why didn't they also buy the .org version, and 2) why don't they have the address send you to no where, or better yet, send you to some porn site that you get fired from work for visiting? That would teach people.

Are you freaking kidding me? How many National Titles has Meyer brought home in the last several years? How many SEC Championships? And you are comparing that with Ferentz who has had ONE good season in the last SIX YEARS?! Really? You either did not think that through or you are absolutely mainlining the kool-aid.

And how DARE you compare fans who are sick and tired of sub-par performance year-in and year-out to fair weather friends. The success of the 2002 - 2004 years are a distant memory and the ONE 2009 season does not make up for the complete cluster bomb that was every other year from 2005 to 2010.

I do not think KF should be fired. But he should be held accountable and have his most recent contract extension recinded. KOK should be fired and we should look for an OC who can actually put points on the board.

Agreed. It would be a pretty sad state of affairs if there were no differing opinions on this.

Whatever your view is, it at least shows that everyone cares.
