If Sioux City can claim guys from Nebraska, Davenport can claim guys from Illinois. Rock Island is basically Davenport (if everyone was on parole), and Moline is basically Bettendorf (minus the attractive MILFs), and Bettendorf is basically Davenport (without any HS football talent).
