You're missing the point.
Someone in the media can ask questions in a way that unspecific answers can give information. Now after listening/reading Iowa media questions to Ferentz and coaches, that might be hard to imagine.

I doubt very much someone within the program said, "Player Y lied to us about his visit to University Z."

Oh man.....too bad you guys have gone all scorched earth that HR is just a bunch of liars, because you didn't like some of the info there. They talked to Holmes dad and found out some of the things that were frustrating them. Pretty good stuff, that you guys would normally take the ball and run with like crazy to bash KF......too bad you have discredited this source though.....

You see that is the problem with being just sooooo locked into one side, that you refuse to look at all information. You remind me of all the radical and looney left wingers and trump jobbers. Not surprising tho for VintageHawkeye and the Dirty30, same as it ever was......
 
There are 53 kids visiting this weekend. Someone wants to still consider the Hawks. Texas kids are a tough sell. They are all buddies. They are all scared high school kids. If they had any courage or drive, the WR's would all see a HUGE opportunity to start as true freshmen. But they are scared of the opportunity because no one is coming with them. Aww.

yeah lets get some 2 star white kids that can block to play WR for us...so we continue to have the worse WR in all of football

Oliver Martin is white and everyone says we should have signed him when he was a 2*. Coralles is white and still is a 2*

Martin isn't going to come to Iowa, he is a good WR that can catch the football and since all Iowa's do is block he will go to a school with a offense with a brain to play

Or find some 3 star black kid that can run really fast but can't catch the ball even when it hits them in the hands. Come on, this isn't a black or white thing as some of our best wide receivers ever were white (Dwight, Kasper, Happel, and Hinkel). In fact some of our best black receivers were not 4/5 star players, McNutt was a 3* quarterback IIRC, and I don't remember DJK or Martin-Manley being highly rated coming in.

Bottom line is we need receivers that can run good routes and can catch the damn ball. I don't care what color they are.

I don't care if they are black or white either, was just going with the stereo type of the white WR being slow, i just want some good ones that can run routes and catch the dang ball, to bad KF rather run those off.

No I don't believe we all can agree because we don't know everything. Look at that guy's twitter feed. He certainly loves to promote himself. Maybe there is more I than us in him. Maybe he didn't tell the truth. Kirk would not yank a scholarship offer for no good reason. He just can't say why and this person is not telling us everything. So everyone is left to guess. Maybe this guy didn't tell his buddies the exact version of what went down either and we had a couple of others fall by the wayside although the one was going to be gone anyway. If he did lie, is that an acceptable reason to dump him? I would say definitely yes. All speculation, as it is with everyone else here as we weren't involved. I'll take another Akrum Wadley, the guy that was going unnoticed somewhere and was the best running back on the field against Michigan against the best defense in the country!
