Go sit behind a few 5 star and other 4 star kids. None of the ones we recruited are going ANYWHERE after college. Yes I'd rather play right away. Plenty of good receivers. Look at Vandenberg. How good is he? What were his numbers last year? For an AVG receiver. Yes he makes us that much better even as an AVG receiver. So someone with talent has quite a ceiling here.
 
All of the current haters of KF and the recruiting doomsdayers...you're gonna get your day. The day will come when he says I'm not doing it. Or administration will say...you've run your race. You'd rather play right away for a shit OC who doesn't throw the ball, with a totally unknown QB instead of redshirt for a Clemson or Oklahoma where they throw 450-500 passes a year (as opposed to our 350 ish) and actually develop wide receiver skills? I know this is the Big Ten, but for F's sake man there are 13 other schools in our own conference with better passing than us. Look at the stats.

A decent WR recruit isn't going somewhere he won't get any targets, no matter how many wins they have.

Do you actually watch and follow college football or do you just get score updates on your espn app? I seriously can't tell whether you're trolling or not. Jesus.

I guess we all discover things at our own pace. *pats your head* It's ok skippy, someday you'll understand more about life. Tell me which of these receivers that we lost was the 5* stud that somebody like the schools that you just mentioned wanted. You might as well be sitting behind them in class stroking their 17 year old egos telling them how great they are and how cool it was when you all bullied the freshmen.

If supporting your football team no matter what is trolling, God bless you man. Did you move to Canada when the US got involved in Vietnam? You seem to be only loyal when things go your way or in this case to a bunch of kids who said they were committed to a school and then went on other visits. They weren't committed. We didn't lose them. If you say yes to the prom queen do you go on match.com and check out other options? Perhaps you do. These kids did just that. They should grow up and honor a commitment. You can blame a staff for a bunch of things. But they were SUPER clear on that rule. Its in the official letter as Emo said. Yes Emo.

You are angry at the staff for being honest? You are angry because they said what they meant and backed it up? We don't need kids in our program that play these games. We don't need primadonna 5* kids that get what they want. Guess what happens next? You get put on probation for trying to keep them happy. So long Texas high school primadonnas. Not up in HERE. These kids we have EARN their way in to the field, learn lessons of hard work and commitment and then go on to the NFL if the talent and hard work come together. You track Emo Benjamin. Track him and the others. I hope they succeed. I really do. But they wouldn't have here and we wouldn't have either. Discord is not any part of team football. They tapped out. They weren't good teammates or Hawkeyes even before they got here. I don't like your rules so I'm going to do what I want. Yea, I want those guys on my team.
 
I still say the poor showing during the begining and middle part of this current season contributed to these decommitments more than anything else.

Our offense looks putrid. One of the worst I have seen.
