Question regarding DJK arrest?

I keep seeing some posters saying DJK used/pushed/sold drugs. I don't think any of us really know all the details, but I don't believe he was arrested because of his intent to sell drugs? Everything points to possession correct? I am definitely not condoning any of these actions by DJK, but if he were accused and arrested for possession with the intent to deliver or sell, this would be much, much more serious. And by no means am I implying that this is not serious! All indications are that he was charged with possession not intent to sell, along with keeping a drug house. Right now, there are no charges that he sold drugs!

All counts that we was indicted on were for possession.
All are misdemeanors.

You're right. All of DJK's charges are possession. It's the roomy that is facing dealing charges.

Obviously DJK should be gone, he screwed up big time. And, many will pile on him while he is down. I just don't think it should be implied that he was a dealer when the charges do not substantiate it. That is all!

If the DA or CA or whoever is processing this and really wants to twist a knife I think that if they are charging the roommate with intent ot distribute they could probably build a decent case against DJK too, especially since he was there at the time of the raid.

Generally I would say that DJK gets off easier being in a college town where individual "rooms" may give a little more leeway in the charges that are brought up. I'm sure the police have dealt with this exact same situation many times and drew up the charges accordingly as to what they're overseers the (DA or CA) was confident in prosecuting.

The other guy could probably really hurt DJK if he wanted to. So it will be interesting to see how this all goes down.
