CJ and Canzeri are the ONLY reasons Iowa has moved the ball. I don't blame CJ for the INT. Wasn't a good pass, but he's trying to make a play. He learned a lesson there, that his arm strength can't do everything. He just needs experience to see/read the defense.
but what a joke by KF to put Jake back in. Way to stick to the word of letting one QB run away with it. his excuse will be the game is over.

Of course he would say that. Wouldn't be a little weird if the announcers said that Kirk sat down with them and started sobbing uncontrollably as he told them about how scared he is because everything he knows isn't working anymore, and he realizes that he's not capable of change?
Kirk probably really is "trying to build something". The way he knows how. But that way isn't working anymore.
And for those of you that call the rest of us out for saying that KF lies about open competitions and playing time, take a look at the field. What happened to giving both guys reps in the first half and then deciding at half time to pick one and stick with him for the second? What a joke...is JR gonna spark a fourth quarter comeback? What's the point of having him in there?

I say we just kamikaze our QBs until one of them dies. It's our only offense, and it will solve the QB controversy.
