**OFFICIAL KANSAS CITY ROYALS SEASON THREAD**

40-42. Close to .500. Then they get above .500. And that's when the big ones start rolling in.

Good work KC!

How weird would be it to see Kansas City and Pittsburgh in the playoffs. That's just a strange thought.

Sam Adams Brewery Party tonight.
Royals vs Mets at 1:00 at City Field on Saturday Go Royals!
Back to Bean Town for D Backs vs Sox at 7:00 on Saturday night.

Funny that the only team hotter than the royals in baseball is in their division. Still a long way out of the second wildcard.

4.5 games out of 2nd wild card. Only 2 teams in front of them. Not too shabby for this franchise. :)

They are 44 & 9 when they score 4 or more runs. If they can keep the offense rolling then they have a shot at a wild card which is more than they have been able to say in two decades.

Let's go Royals!

^ true. Isnt he struggling from the plate this year?
I dont think he can hit water if he fell outta boat

KC needs to get it figured out. They have solid players. Infante was a great add he had a solid year in Detroit. Best catcher in the league. Best bullpen.

What is the problem?

KC always starts cold. They only have one homer total in 12 games? Ouch. White Sox have 13 in 13 games. If the Sox had the KC pitching, they would be tough.
