OFFICIAL Iowa vs ISU prediction thread

Both teams will be blitzing all day. ISU went something like 10 deep on the defensive line last Saturday and had several sacks. ISU's secondary played really well and the linebackers played like All-Americans. Jantz looked like a totally different player and so to did our receivers. The offensive line played well and Shontrelle Johnson is better than ever. After reading through Iowa's game play, they gave up a record amount of sacks and JVB played a bad game. Bullock was a surprise. I think ISU's offensive line and Iowa's lack of pressure will be the deciding factor. ISU's defensive line will be a factor too with the depth and fresh bodies rotating in and out. Expect to see a ton of Shontrelle and James White. ISU 31-20.

Why are you on an Iowa site? Is it so lame over on Cyfan that you come here with your infinite wisdom. You do realize you played Tulsa right...a team that lost a ton of talent off last year team. So ISU is ten deep on the DL. Geez, why play Iowa...you guys could go pound Bama. It should have been you guys that defected not A&M. Oh wait, the SEC doesn't want you...and neither did the Big 12.

Knott had a good game, no doubt......Kline, not so much. What stat line is better for a LB:

4 solo, 4 assisted tackles. 1 tackle for loss
OR
3 solo, 4 assisted tackles. 1 pass breakup

One is Klien (Big12 Defensive POY)
One is Morris, who is being ripped for his performance on Saturday by Hawk fans

ISU had 2 sacks on 49 passing attempts and 4 tackles for loss
Iowa had 2 sacks on 16 passing attempts and 5 tackles for loss

ISU allowed 4 sacks and and 5 tackles for loss (9 negative yd. plays)
Iowa allowed 6 sacks and 0 tackles for loss (6 negative yd. plays)

Klein fell back in coverage all day and was all over the field. Held one of the more versitile backs in the country to 1 catch.
