Not that anyone should need more motivation to play at a high level, but Graves has the ability to play himself into being a high draft pick and banking a lot of cash. He will have every opportunity to get a lot of snaps and create some serious tape for scouts. He is disruptive and that is what you want in the middle of the D line. The depth behind him is a question, so he needs to stay healthy.
