***Official Iowa Michigan game thread***

I wasn't expecting a win in this game but I was expecting Iowa to play better. The first 10-15 minutes Iowa was playing Iowa ball and executing the game plan but after that they played like they were lost. First half I was seeing the extra pass leading to easy buckets but the 2nd half it was like they were throwing it up just hoping to get a shot off before something bad happened. Time for the team to learn from this and get ready for Thursday. I hope we come out with some fire for our next game. Go Hawks!

It's pretty simple: the game just got out of hand, Fran reacted the way he felt was best. And frankly, we now know that Olaseni will be a serious force if he continues to progress.

Sorry. I reluctantly did so because no one had done it and the game had already started. Last year I had a better record with starting game threads. Isn't that right, Jack?

I'm not gonna lie I was waiting for someone else to start one and hoping you're luck from last year would carry over.

If you go back earlier, you can see I was complaining about his coaching in the first half too.

Of course, you'd think the coach would send a message at halftime, not 2 minutes after halftime.

Did you ever play basketball? I don't think he was sitting on his thumbs at halftime. Probably hammered them pretty good, and then saw no intensity on the court and finished the lesson.

Prd...stop...if either or both had picked up their 3rd foul in those 2-3 minutes, you and the rest of us would be coming unglued that they were left in with 2 fouls...

MG finished the game with 2 fouls and AC with 3 fouls. Oh right because message needed to be sent to stick to game plan, the one you didn't follow while sitting on the bench. I get it.. :)

There's a HUGE difference between "being beaten so far down than we accept losing" and "jumping on a bandwagon"...fix your glasses...

No, no there isn't. Actually not giving a **** while the team is down and then jumping back in claiming to be a fan when the team is looking more competitive is the definition of being a bandwagon fan.

Either you don't know what a fair weathered fan is or you an idiot. I can't tell.
