Another horrible outing by Samardzida today: 3 1/3 innings, 9 earned runs. He is like the old nursery rhyme about the Little Girl With a Curl: "When she was good, she was very, very good, And when she was bad she was horrid." Luckily I forgot it was an early game and missed the better part of it.
